N P CO. STERLING ART NOVEAU LADIES BELT BUCKLE

I have a art noveau belt buckle that has a mark that looks like a flur de lis but has two circles on each side. In one circle it has a N and the other a P with CO. in the middle of the mark. I can't find this mark anywhere and am hoping someone can help me identify the manufacturer. Thanks

Might be the mark used by the Pryor Mfg. Company.
