My Ensko IV shows a colon versus period for Joseph Clark of Danbury, Connecticutt, c.1791, and Jonathan Clark of Newport, Rhode Island, c. 1734 (too early), and a script J.Clark of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, c.1803. No cigar. The pictorial mark appears to be remarkably unique, and must certainly identify the correct maker if documented somewhere (didn't see it here on the Unlettered or Difficult Marks page). Might someone be able to identify this silversmith? TIA!
