Very Old Spoon?

Post by PermaGeezer »

I have never been able to find anything related to this old teaspoon.
The handle soldered to the bowl makes me think this is 17 or 18th century American

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

Are there no marks on this spoon?

There is a maker's mark of P.H. and I've never found a similar mark. Especially since
initials are so common. Any guesses as to age, from the bowl attachment?
Thanks for the warm welcome
