Button, button,who knows this button hook?

This is a button hook, I know it is not American Jewerly, but where should I put?
If the image is working, you will see a line pointin to the hook. It has this written on it STERLING with a circled w.

A good possibilty is the Woodside Sterling Company, New York City. In addition to sterling silver holloware, they produced small sterling novelty items such as this. Founded around 1896. Succeeded by the Richard M. Woods & Company in the mid to late 1920's.
