There are several 'Circle-Lozenge-Circle' American marks. Can you take a sharp close-up? Or at least tell us what is contained within the marks.

There is nothing inside the markings. From the left, It appears to be a backward c + a diamond shape + a forward c on the right. Or they are crescent moons.
