Mark on antique sterling napkin ring

Hi, Recently picked up 2 napkin rings that were converted to cuff bracelets...test as sterling. Each weighs 72 grams, Roman/Greek helmeted God w/ Bird, great detail. No luck finding maker, photo below. Thanks for looking:) Nancy

Engraved initials of previous owner and year do not help at all.

Ugh, feeling a bit dense...I thought Chs. A was the maker, not the previous owner's name...
Other than the date there are no other marks.
