Isaac Henry Weston, jeweler in Portland ME c 1860

Isaac Henry Weston died in Portland, ME in 1861, so that narrows the date on your piece a bit. In 1854 when he married Ellen Whiting he was residing in Auburn, ME. Just to round things out, he was born in 1829.
