unknow sterling stamp for I.S Co.

I have this plate that is stamped I.S CO sterling 514 11"

I've been trying to look it up but can't find anything. It's driving me crazy! Please someone help!

Hi ~ welcome to the forums. Your International Silver mark includes the old Meriden Britannia trademark - have seen it used into the mid 20th century...
