Mark identification needed for "R Sterling"

I got a cube sugar clamp from USA. I'm very curious about its background and history. I searched on the website and have no record of this kind of mark. Anyone could tell more about it?

I haven't found any documentation to support it, but your piece is right in line with products made by Raimond Silver Mfg Co.

It is a Raimond mark, may have documentation in my files, but not able to check at the moment...
