"RB" mark on this old spoon - help???

I cannot find anything on this mark. The spoon is either sterling or coin silver. There are no other markings. Spoon looks to be 1700's era (I think). It's in excellent condition and shines up well (not shined in these pix)
Can anyone help with identication??
