I just remembered the I S means international silver so now we just need to know where to find out what the two doves with the M stamped in the middle means. Thanks a mill people. Oh if anyone knows of a good reference book to find these symbols out we would appreciate it. T

Sounds like Baker-Manchester. http://www.925-1000.com/american-mfg01.html Would recommend Dorothy Rainwater's Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers.
