The second mark is obviously on a 19th c. spoon, presumably of the same silversmith. I am curious if anyone else has seen the sheath of wheat mark on Canadian silver, or knows of another silversmith of the same name.

The first mark is attributed to Michel Fortin (Forton) and is on a typical late 18th c. Canadian spoon.
The second mark is obviously on a 19th c. spoon, presumably of the same silversmith. I am curious if anyone else has seen the sheath of wheat mark on Canadian silver, or knows of another silversmith of the same name.
