Help id a mark on a carving set

This Knife and fork are both marked on the rest or guards Sterling and RW & S with a deer with antlers between the W AND &. The blade is steel as is the tines on the fork. Hope some one can help I.D.the maker.

R. Wallace & Sons, Wallingford, Connecticut. Succeeded Wallace Simpson & Company in 1871. Name changed to Wallace Silversmiths in 1956.
