WHO MADE THIS TRAY??? Trouble with mark.

I have a sterling silver serving tray. It's small, maybe 10 inches long. The mark says "Hallmark Sterling" and in the middle of hallmark and sterling it looks like a sideways diamond ring but the diamond is actually a crown and in the middle of this it's either an "I" or an "H". I can't find any information on this mark. Any information would be great!
