Please Help With Serving Fork and Knife Set Marks

I will begin by saying I am new to this form and ever knew to silverware. I recently came upon a lot of old flatware since the passing of a relative. This particular fork and knife is elaborately designed and singed on both handles with what I believe says Sr John Phillips. I am assuming Sr = Sir? Anyhow, I would love to identify the marks, I have searched this sight and same seem to find anything similar. Thanks in advance.
