My wife recently inherited two pieces of silver, one of which we've identified. The other could use some help. It's a serving plate with handle on a pedestal. The only identifying marks on it are carved lightly into the underside of the pedestal. The letters "JC" are carved lightly in a script type writing and "PR" is carved in a less elegant hand as well. Any help out there?
