I find a silver tea pot with a hallmark never seen. Please to indetify!

This USPTO site record looks like it probably applies closely enough to your mark. Good luck with your research.

Sorry, but I believe G & S merely refers to the goods and services. Richard H Kimball of Denver, Colorado is bound to be the party associated with the trademark.

Here's the site address for what I believe is this gentleman and Kathleen Brennan's jewelry design company: rikajewelrydesign.com. It appears as though you must have a very early piece of Richard H Kimaball's work. It would be interesting to see an image of the entire piece to possilbly confirm that notion.
