American Manufacturer ?

Hey,
Found on a plain teaspoon, early 20th cent. at a guess, never seen the mark before. Anyone know it?

Hello. This is my first time here. Great forum.
Your mark was used by Barstow & Williams, Providence, Rhode Island. 1888 to around 1904 when the name became N. Barstow & Co. Found info in Rainwater's 4th edition.
