I have a set of coffee and tea brand Tiffany and I like to see if you can help me to know its authenticity and if as much information as possible.

Would it be possible to contact Tiffany & Co. to inform me that the history of coffee and tea set? Give that information?

I have always sent handwritten letters to the customer service department and let them decide who should answer it.
