Sterling Mark Person Sitting or WW?

It is a very heavy cut glass plate or dish with sterling marked rim..7" dia..Weighs over 2 lbs....I cannot find the makers mark anywhere online. It is marked "Sterling" with a 09 and what looks like a line figure of a person sitting or a squiggly WW.
