Help further identify PLEASE

Hi there,
I have a fabulous 5 pc. Christening set and wanted to make sure that I have correctly identified the maker. It is German, but I was wondering if someone could please confirm whether or not is it Bruckman & Sohne. The hallmark consists of the German Halbmonde/Half Moon and Crown, the number 800 and then what appears to be crossed hammers or tools.
If someone could guesstimate the date as well, I would sure appreciate it.

Hello, this is not Bruckmann, but the company of Gebrüder Petersfeldt from Berlin, founded in 1848. Best wishes, Bahner
