800 mark - Please help me to identify

Postby pam_fernan » Fri Jun 15, 2007 1:07 am

Aloha!

I acquired these at an estate sale and would be so grateful if anyone could help me to identify them. All three spoons are the same. I've researched for the past 3 days with no success :(

Thank you in advance for lending your expertise to the unknowing like me :)

Hello, spoons like these (made from cast silver, not handforged) were made by several German makers (most notably Christoph Widmann). Without a maker's mark one cannot be sure, though. Best wishes, Bahner
