I am unable to identify the origin of this object. Any ideas ?

Hello, I believe this is the mark used by Arthur Otto from Lippstadt, Germany in the 1980ies and 1990ies. Otto closely worked with Hanau makers and imported a lot from Italy. He is most likely not the maker of this piece. Best wishes, Bahner
