German spoons 13 + CF

I have these 2 german (I think) spoons. On front they have owners initials AS on the backsite they have 2 marks. On one spoon it says "13 + CF" on the other it says "CF + 13 with a crown"

and one more of the same
Can anyone identify the maker and origin?

Hello all, good to be back. The crowned "13" was used by several German cities, mostly in southern Germany, around 1850/70. Without further info no identification is possible. Best wishes, Bahner
