Maker HL on this imported enamel frame

Post by chelsea98 »

Hi,

I've seen these makers initials of HL on a few things I have but I've yet to find out the maker. I believe he was German as it was detailed on a description of a lot that was bought at auction (but the description has been long since lost) so any help identifying would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
