Please help identify marker ID

Hi All,
There is a beautiful big wine goblet,

It is marketed several times:
800 fineness,
Austrian-Hungarian Empire IMPORT MARK 1872-1901,
an annual stamp "R" in a circle,
another unknown brand
and an unknown master sign in the form of a flying wheel.

I found this master sign here with crescent crown,
German Hallmarks II, unidentified - Enc ... -1000.com)
but I'm not sure if this is identical to the one on the wine goblet,
also because of the date mark and the other unknown mark.
It would be great if someone could help.
I'm hoping one of you knows the maker .
As always, any help will be greatly appreciated.

indeed hallmarks of Romania!
standard mark with the three strokes (1937-1949) 750/1000, fineness
accompanied with the 'R' within a circle (1940-1947) occupation mark
Historically very interesting! and now i'm totally confused.

How does this all come together?
1. chronological
on the one hand
Austrian-Hungarian Empire IMPORT MARK 1872-1901,TOWN IDENTIFICATION LETTER
A= Wien, the wine goblet must have been made before 1901
on the other hand
hallmarks of Romania
standard mark (1937-1949)
occupation mark (1940-1947), the wine goblet must have been made between 1940 and 1947
2. silver content
on the one hand 800 fineness, on the other hand standard mark with the three strokes750 fineness.
3. the manufacturer
on the one hand German Markers‘ Marks after 1886 unidentfied master sign with crescent crown

on the other hand the same master's mark without a crescent crown in the occupied provinces of Romania i.e. North Ardealul 1940-44, as well as Bukovina and Moldavia 1944-45.

It would be great if someone could help me untangle these knots.
