Hmmh, I am going to say it was definitely made in the last Millenium, definitely made out of material, Possibly German but it's definitely made on earth and the maker is also from the earth and the odds are good that it was a man of European ancestry.

It looks like it's a letter (C)

Look across to the right side of your image where there appears to be an upside down "13". If that is really there, then it might be a 13 Loth mark (the silver fineness level in the alloy), and that would point to central Europe (German et al). also, if that is a small indentation in the center, it would also be consistent with creating this item if it were silver. Assuming this all proves true, then there should be two letters for mark, not one.

No more markings only C or it is G
In my book (Jan Divis- SILVER MARKS OF THE WORD) letter C - KULMBACH (D), 16th-17th centuries. But i dont think my cup was made in 16th-17th centuries.
Monogram F.T. 1869
This cup was bought at one of the German auctions, it was noted in the description that it is silver. 59 g, H. 8 cm
