Set of Spoons from Hamburg with different makers, maker “Niemeyer”

I got this set of spoons from Hamburg, 3 dessert spoons, and 7 coffee spoons. The have the same monogram, are identical in the design but are from different makers. To comply with the forum rules I post each maker separately. Can you help me identify the maker and an approximate manufacturing date? Also, some spoons have a sub-supplier identification number, can you help me with them too?

Here maker “Niemeyer”, the letter of the town mark is “B”, the sub-supplier identification number is 87
