Martin Mayer?
Is this the hallmark of Martin Mayer (Mainz)? The star is five-pointed, also it's lateral, not above the wheel.
Importmark might be "Linz, 1901-1921".

Hello, there are several variants to the Mayer mark. this is one of them. A two digit production number is quite typical for Mayer too, so I have no doubt. Regards, Bahner
