Looks like .935 mark for standards, so likely origin is Germany/Austria/Switzerland by this table: https://www.925-1000.com/a_Standards.html

Hello, the maker's mark seems to be incompletely struck, so there is guesswork involved: it looks like GW ligated, much like the mark of Gustav Wenning from Pforzheim, a maker of gold- and silverware like this one. Regards, Bahner.
