Help with antique German mark

I was thinking this mark looked similar to some that I have seen for Ludwig Neresheimer, but I am not sure. Any ideas? Is the second mark an Augsburg mark? Does this piece have a name? Is it a pie server, or cake server. Thanks for the help.
