German Nuernberg Trefid Spoon?
The person I purchased this from attributes the spoon to Johann Conrad Weiss but I cannot match up the marks. The ICW is clear enough but the N looks more like an M or perhaps something else entirely. It may not even be German so any help is appreciated.
