HI,
Crowned L is an unattributed Hanau pseudo mark, often seen in various combinations,
see here:
https://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_hanau_marks_01.html

Both the style and the marks are characteristic of Hanau historical silver, late 19th or early 20th century.
Royal monogram interlocked letters ``L`` is King Louis V (seen also on early Sevres porcelain) and the image on the sifter is most likely madame de pompadour.
