I can't identify this mark

I am having a bit of trouble finding any reference to this mark. I have tested these pieces and they are silver, I believe .800. Besides the letter marks, there is also what I believe is the silversmith's mark. They differ from the tablespoon to the teaspoon to the dinner fork. If anyone can give some assistance it would be appreciated. I apologize for the poor quality of the photos.
