Help! Sterling Silver spoon UNKNOWN MARK#2

Help!
This is a Sterling Silver spoon.
Can anyone please identify these hallmarks??

Hello, as there seems to be no citymark, there is a little guesswork involved. There is a Ludwig Friedrich Leopold Luer in the city of Celle, Germany. His mark as documented looks pretty much like the one here. Luer was born in 1831 and started his business in 1856. Later he emigrated to the USA. Place and date of death are unknown. Style and mark seem to indicate that this spoon was made around 1860-1880. 12 lot equals 750/1000 parts, so this is way below sterling quality. Best wishes, Bahner
