Netherlands 1856 .800 Spoon?

Hi,

I am newer to collecting. Would you agree that this spoon shown below is a .800 Silver Spoon from the Netherlands made in 1856 (based on this chart http://hallmarkwiki.com/?country=netherlands)? I don't know what type of spoon this is and or what it would of been used for specifically? Thanks for any help.

This is 20th century German, Christoph Widmann 'Hildesheimer Rose', size would helpful in determining its use...
