Napkin rings mark 800 k&k

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I couldn't find a mark like it and thought the German marks were the closest fit, but honestly it may be some other country. It is marked 800, a crown looking object, and either K&K, KSK, or K (unknown character) K.
