glass & silver candlestick hallmarks

I have a single candlestick, 3 inches (76 cm) diamond pattern glass with silver candle holder that has hallmarks I can't find, other than that it is marked Sterling 925 followed with three hallmark images. I've attached 3 images; 1 of the whole stick, and two of the detailed silver marks.
I hope someone can help identify this stick for me. Thank you so much for being willing to share your knowledge!

Bahner, thank you so much for your quick response and familiarity with hallmarks! this really does look right for Emil Hermann. I've got a great direction to go in now to determine this stick's age.
