Please help identify silver hallmark, maker's mark on pillbox

Hello All,
There is a nice pillbox, looks like 835 silver.
Another item of which I can't find the maker's mark.
Has anybody an idea about dating and origin?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
