Early European spoon ?

Hi - can anyone help identify where and when this spoon was made. My initial thoughts when I aquired it (without any references) was that it might be Scandinavian, but I am now more inclined to think it may be from East Germany or the Baltic region. It is hallmarked on the back of the bowl with an eagle and makers initials which I can't make out but could be ?HC. There is a clear but tiny French 'swan' mark in the bowl. The spoon is 18.5cm long. There has been a very poor repair to the join of the stem and the bowl which are clearly seen in the photos. I know its a long shot, but any ideas would be much appreciated. Could Admin possibly list this in 'Other Countries' as well. Many thanks Joho.

Hi Theo. After another look at the maker's mark it would seem that it consists of 3 vertical lines which are crossed in the middle by a horizintal line. There is clearly more to the mark above what can be seen but this has been largly covered by silver solder when repaired. What looks like a C at the right end of the mark is a blemish and is not part of the mark. I have tried to get a good picture, but almost impossible, but I have attached the best ones. Kind regards.

OK - it looks like [HH]

there are more then one option
Hans Hersinck (Scheffler Nr.72) M 1611 + 18.12.1653
or
Hans Hancke (Scheffler Nr.73), ..1611-1641..
or ..?

Could this mark from Rosenberg be a possibility? Volumn 2, 2564 NR 2559.
