Please help identify silver hallmark on Silver bowl

Hello All,
There is a nice Silver bowl, 800 silver.

Another item of which I can't find the maker's mark.

I recognize the mark as „H10“ or „H16“.
Has anybody an idea?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
