Teaspoon with unkown particulars.

Does anyone know the maker and date of this teaspoon? Also, what is the name for this pattern? This is much better quality than a similar Dutch spoon I had.

i am not sure - that it is dutch - it is a fiddle pattern or violinpattern as we say in austria

I didn't say that it was Dutch, just that it looked like a Dutch spoon I had. In England we use "fiddle back" as well, but the design is different; like the one pictured.
