Please help: hallmarks, 18th c. candlestick

My wife was successful in finding this candlestick but I wasn't successful in idemtifying the hallmarks. Can anybody help?

The mark on the left (town mark) stands for Köln (Cologne), Germany.

You are absolutely right and I should have had a closer lock into R³. It's a mark somewhere between 2704 and 2705 applied in the 1. half of the 18th century.
The hallmark on the right is R³ 2764 with no maker's name given.
