Wollenweber date puzzle.

This is a sugar sifter with what I interperate as a Munich mark for 1822. The maker’s name is clearly Wollenweber, but the only references that I can find for such a silversmith in Munich is for an Eduard Wollenweber who was born in 1822. If my dating is correct this would make him a rather young silversmith to have made this piece. Can someone straighten me out please?
