Please help identify silver hallmark on Silver bowl master mark“BS“

Hello All,
There is a nice Silver bowl,13 loth silver, master mark“BS“.

Does anyone recognize these master mark „BS“

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think, maker is Balthasar Sittmann, Cologne 1759-1837.
