Please help identify silver hallmarks, maker's mark “W.P“

Hello All,
There are two nice candle holders, 12 lot silver

Another item of which I can't find the maker's mark „W.P“.

The same maker's mark on „milk burette, Biedermeier period“ at another place in the forum.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This mark is generally attributed to Johann Georg Wilhelm Peters (1793-1864; Master 1829) of Berlin.

I have no questions but one,
I haven‘t found a Berlin town mark.
Would this not have to be also marked?
