Cake server silver 800 or 900

Because of its shape I date this item in the 1930ies or Art-Deco-Time. Unfortunately it bears no maker's mark. The purity is probably 900 (or a badly struck 800). 900 was often used by individual silversmiths. Has anybody an idea about style or maker.

Looks more like 800, at 900 would be the line just as at 0.
