Just rotating and enlarging the mark image.

Is the bell definitely silver?
Trev.

Hello Trev,
not sure if this is silver as I do not have it. I did not risk to buy it. Thank you for your interest!

Hello Sebastian,
I see no indications of a prussian origin.
I think it is a souvenir from Bruges / Brügge in Belgium with pseudo marks. If you goggle pictures "bruges Lady Bell " you will find some quite similar bells (made of brass); some also with the inscription BRUGES on the dress.
regards, Ringo

Hello Ringo,
I can see some similar bells but as you noticed they were made of brass. I could not confirm that among them the "Bruges" inscription was present.
Examples of the bells:

The marks could be fake although I had an idea about the number 12 being a 'loth' indication. I do not posses this bell so I cannot make any tests on it. Thank you for your time!
