Hi Trev -
did not know that my photohost use "intrusive advertisements". The possibility to get clickable, largesize photos contrary to the prescribed, small format forum-righteous photos was tempting for me. In my opinion a silversite lives from photos - the more and bigger the better.
On the other hand you have a supposed problem with the visitors using very old, slow computers....

Hi Goldstein,

Thank you for the cooperation. I'm afraid trying to find a free photohost that does not use intrusive advertising is a difficult task, and while used to better than most, that is no longer the case and there problems with them as far as losing images in the long term. The only way that appears to me to get round the advertising is by posting embedded images rather that thumbnails.
