Interesting Tongs

Hello Again Everyone. Happy Holidays to All.
I have these Tongs I haven't been able to find out much about.
So far I have come up with: Schwaebisch-Gmuend.de. 13 Loth. Is this correct?

There is also a script BB, formed out of Dots, on the inside of the round part, a strange place for a monogram I would think.

Around the outside reads Zum Andenken.
5 1/2 in. long, 22.6 grams.

Any other information or thoughts would be much appreciated. Thank You.

``Andenken`` Keepsake given by BB or to BB (more probably)
``13`` loth = 812/1000 purity, possibly unicorn mark for Schwabisch Gmuend, Germany before 1886.

It was the only place available to engrave the monogram, right?
Btw.Keepsakes were very popular during the Biedermeier period: Teelöffeln(Teaspoons),monogrammed spa beakers, hair lockets, handkerchiefs etc.
